Silver Oak Wealth Planning is not just another bunch of buttoned-up banker-bros. They are a close-knit team of consultants who utilize their unique expertise to build tax-efficient, non-correlated wealth management systems. As a freelance brand designer, I lead the creation of their logo and brand system, and its incorporation into their website and social media.

My goal was to craft a visual identity that felt unexpected for a financial firm, with a nod to the outdoorsy interests of the founders. I built this brand around the company's namesake, the oak tree, a symbol of enduring strength, longevity, and wisdom. The tree rings in the logo mark acknowledge the time it takes to build wealth, and the importance of planning for the future. Just like the trunk of a tree, Silver Oak provides stable, strategic growth so that their clients can branch out and enjoy the fruits of their labor for generations to come.
